Product Support

We run support through a public, community-driven model. All questions, issues, and feature discussions happen in the open so everyone can learn from each other.

Ask Questions on GitHub

The isc-hq/product-support repository is the central place to get help with the Magic Lizard. Before reaching out, search existing threads — your question may already have an answer. If not, open a new discussion or issue and the community (including our team) will respond.

Ask a Question

Use GitHub Discussions for how-to questions, best practices, and general troubleshooting. Our team and community members monitor discussions regularly.

Report a Bug

Found something broken? Open an issue and select the Bug Report template with steps to reproduce, expected behavior, and what actually happened. Screenshots and logs help a lot.

Request a Feature

Have an idea for the Magic Lizard? Open an issue and select the Feature Request template. Describe the problem you want to solve and how you see it working. We prioritize based on community interest.

This is a community-first support model. By keeping conversations public on GitHub, we build a shared knowledge base that helps everyone. Before posting, check if your question has already been answered. Be respectful, include relevant details, and remember that response times depend on community availability.

Enterprise License Support

If you hold an enterprise or private license, your support requests are handled outside of our public GitHub community. Use the form below and we will respond directly to your inbox. All information is treated as confidential.
